LandRich Management (Facilities Maintenance ) covers these two main areas:
1) ‘Space & Infrastructure’ (such as planning, design, workplace, construction, renovation, leasing, occupancy, reinstatement, maintenance and furniture) and
2) ‘People & Organisation’ (such as green mark consultancy, fire safety consultancy, workplace safety consultancy, cleaning sanitary management, landscaping, security, hospitality management).
These two broad areas of operation are commonly referred to as “hard Facilities Management” and “soft Facilities Management”. The first refers to the physical built environment with focus on office working space and building infrastructure. The second covers the people and the organisation and is related to work psychology, fire safety and occupational safety physiology.
